6. I prefer to have the same person come clean my home with every visit, is this possible?

Yes. This is the ideal arrangement, as having the same cleaner ensures that they are already familiar with your home and cleaning preferences.

7. I am not sure if I need a long-term cleaning arrangement, is a contract still necessary?

A cleaning contract is not required. We provide affordable daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning service packages, as well as one-time cleanings for special occasions.

8. Do you use your own products to clean, or must I provide you with cleaning products and equipment?

Our services include all the organic cleaning materials we need to clean your home or office, as well as cleaning equipment, such as mops, brooms, buckets, and vacuums. You simply relax, and let us do the cleaning.

9. What if I am not satisfied with the work you complete?

Your satisfaction is always our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, we can either come again to redo the cleaning at no extra charge or refund your money.
