1.  How are you different from other house cleaning companies in Las Vegas?

We stand out from other companies because we always make sure to put extra care and attention into every job we complete, no matter the size.  At House Cleaning Las Vegas NV, all of our clients are highly valued.  In addition, because we are a locally-owned business, and not a large impersonal franchise, we are able to treat each customer with tailor-made service.

2.  What are the services that you offer?

We provide everything to make your home or business clean, fresh, and feeling its best.  Our services include home and business cleanings, carpet and rug cleanings, carpet and rug repairs, post-construction cleaning, move in/move out cleaning, and furniture cleaning and repair. 

3.  Can I trust you in my home with my possessions?

Yes.  We thoroughly screen every staff member before hiring.  We check to make sure no potential hire has any criminal record, that they come well recommended by past employers, and that there are no holes in their employment history.  In addition to these rigorous background checks, each member of the cleaning team is bonded and insured, which means your belongings will be protected in case of an accident. 

4.  What cleaning products do you use?

We use organic and eco-friendly cleaning products and methods that work just as well as, or better than, chemical cleaners.

5.  I won’t be home during the day; can you still come to clean?

Yes.  Sometimes it happens that clients cannot be home when we arrive for the job.  This is not a problem, we can make advanced arrangements with you to either drop a key off with us prior to the appointment, or with a neighbor who can let us into your home while you are away.

6.  I prefer to have the same person come clean my home with every visit, is this possible?

Yes.  This is the ideal arrangement, as having the same cleaner ensures that they are already familiar with your home and cleaning preferences.

7.  I am not sure if I need a long-term cleaning arrangement, is a contract still necessary?

A cleaning contract is not required.  We provide affordable daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning service packages, as well as one-time cleanings for special occasions. 

8.  Do you use your own products to clean, or must I provide you with cleaning products and equipment?

Our services include all the organic cleaning materials we need to clean your home or office, as well as cleaning equipment, such as mops, brooms, buckets, and vacuums.  You simply relax, and let us do the cleaning.

9.  What if I am not satisfied with the work you complete?

Your satisfaction is always our number one priority.  If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, we can either come again to redo the cleaning at no extra charge or refund your money.
